I don't do refunds

Please let me know about any necessary edits on the sketch.

When the art is ready, only little changes are possible (slight color correction, small details).

I will try to finish your pic ASAP, however please be patient with me.

If no deadline is agreed I will take minimum one week to two months the complete the commission.

Please tell me if you have a deadline before we start. Keep in mind that a rush fee will be included in this condition. (Rush-time comms will consist of a full +50% of the total price.

I will always inform you if there is a delay.

I post finished work and always tag customer accounts! If you don't want to be tagged, please let me know in advance!

You don't have the right for commercial use of my art unless it was specifically discussed!

You can upload a watermarked version of the artwork and use it online in any non-commercial manner, but please include a link back to my gallery.

As the author, I hold every right to the produced artwork, meaning I can use it for: promotion, portfolio, commercial usage (Boosty for example)

I reserve the right to upload the drawing process and NSFW versions of the commissioned piece on my patreon;

When the commercial usage for media (everything not merch/product related, such as vtubing design, stream assets, youtube assets, covers, publicity posters, etc.) of the work is stablished, a single fee of +50% of the total price is charged.

(And for merch, apparel and other designs produced for further profit, a fee of +100% of the total price will be charged).
